    Airport Shuttle Directions:

    • For any transfers from any terminal Auckland Airport Kiwi Motel must be called via free-phone or 0800 991885, once you are ready for collection.
    • Transfer times will vary from 10 to 30 min depending on the location of the driver
    • All transfers from Motel – to Airport can be arranged on check- in.
    • We are unable to meet your arriving flight due to airport delays, immigration and MAF processing delays, and schedule changes as Airport authorities do not permit us to wait for arriving passengers in the pickup area. We will be there promptly to collect you once you have called for airport pick up via the options below:

    1. Please note you need to phone for all pickups. Clear Customs, collect luggage, and come through to land side.
    2. Proceed to I-Site Centre, across from McDonalds. This is where you will find the Hotel’s free-phone.
    3. Choose Auckland Airport Kiwi Motel – Dial Number 03
    4. Make your way outside Door # 11 (by Arrival Area), and wait for our Motel shuttle at “Inner Forecourt of the international Terminal” area.

    1. Please note you need to phone for all pickups. Collect luggage then proceed to the free-phones located at I-Site Centre. Alternatively, free-phones are situated on the wall, by door #9(near JETSTAR luggage area).
    2. Choose Auckland Airport Kiwi Motel – Dial number – 03
    3. The shuttle pick-up point is located through door #2. Cross the first lane, look for Motel Shuttle Area sign on your right and wait for our Motel shuttle.
